A five day happiness challenge.

 

Sometimes life hands you the shitty end of the stick.

It’s a glorious part of being a human.

So, unless you roll yourself up in bubble wrap and hide from the world, you really can’t get out of bad stuff happening every now and then.

And even if you did hide yourself from the big bad outside world, there’s no hiding from your own head. You know what I mean – that voice, chattering away, being a knob, putting you down and making you doubt yourself. Even with all the bubble wrap in the world, there’s no escaping that bad boy.

 

Happiness isn’t the absence of problems; it isn’t about plastering a fake smile on your chops or rolling proverbial turds in glitter. Happiness is the ability to deal with all that life and your head throws at you; it’s developing bouncebackability and epic coping skills to return to your natural intrinsic state of awesomeness as quickly as possible, knowing full well that you’ve got the oats to tackle anything because it really is a waste of energy to be in any other state than at peace.
