Give me 5 days, and no more than 15 minutes each day…

…and together, we’ll go through my gloriously effective, simple and fun methods which have helped 100s of weird, wonderful and wonky humans all over the world change the way they see and feel about themselves, their lives and world so that they can feel happier and more joyful once and for all.

You have been warned!

This will radically change how you see yourself, your life and the world turbo-charging your capacity to find joy in the every day just like you’ve been longing for… but only if you’re willing and ready to finally let go of whining, being a victim and making everything really fucking complicated all the time.

What will we be covering?

  • DAY 1

    You’ll press reset on your brain’s information filter – with this simple habit, you’ll learn to step out of lack mentality, and focussing on all the things going wrong in your life. It’s the easiest way to turn any day around.

  • DAY 2

    Today we’ll be steering the ship (i.e. your brain) out of lack and fail mode, focussing on work / life balance… let go of feeling shitty and like you’re always running behind. We’ll highlight a tiny tweak you need to make so you can celebrate just what an epic powerhouse you really are.

  • DAY 3

    You’ll practice a technique to escape your busy mind which is what’s keeping you stuck and unhappy. I’ll show you a really simple technique to help you strengthen the connection with the your body and the world enabling you to reset your nervous system and come back to the present moment whenever you need it.

  • DAY 4

    Building on the momentum of the last few days, this is the day where we get in touch with our physical selves – realising that the power feeling good lies less in our minds and more in our bodies. You’ll be pleasantly surprised how easy it is to move things out that are blocking you from feeling lighter and happier.

  • DAY 5

    The moment you’ve been waiting for, armed with the knowledge you’ve gained, the techniques you’ve learned and the power of everyone doing this along with you, this is the part where we take all these good feelings and spread them out into the world a little. By creating ripples of joy, we see that sometimes feeling good is about doing things for other people, and today we’ll do just that.

Who is Marie-Claire Ashcroft?

I’ve been called many things over the years: inspiring, brave, and honest – as well as a Happiness Ninja too! I’ve been called a Happiness Expert by Virgin, Standard Issue Magazine and the Counsellor’s Directory.

I like to call myself The Professional Rebel –  a photographer, a confidence mentor, and a happiness teacher. I work with unconventional, weird, wonderful and wonky humans just like you, daring you to show up as the YOU-est version of you and live life unedited!

Some things you need to know about me:

🦄 I know my stuff – my energy is positively infectious and my methods are playful but don’t let that fool you, the work I do is deep and is based on psychology and somatics. There’ll be no rolling turds in glitter around here.

🦄 I don’t f*ck about – I’m lovely, I’m smiley and I’m heaps of fun too, yet I’ll say what I see without holding back.

🦄 I may look kid-friendly but I swear like a drunken sailor, yet I’m still completely adorable. I’d advise using headphones if you’ve got small children nearby!
